Reporting to the Business Manager, the Office Manager will oversee a range of essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You'll need to take ownership of schedules, payroll, compliance, and ensure that every detail is correct to meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily office operations with assertiveness and efficiency. Manage job schedules, adapting swiftly to changes while ensuring clear communication with suppliers and staff. Execute payroll, daily financial reconciliations, and End of Month bills with meticulous accuracy. Ensure compliance records, including licences and calibrations, are complete and up-to-date. Act as the main point of contact for staff, customers, and suppliers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive and assertive communicator with a keen eye for detail.
• Financial management experience, including payroll and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and simPRO (preferred).
