This is a pivotal role driving the development and execution of HR strategies that align with organisational goals and foster a culture of excellence and care.About the RoleReporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager People, Culture and Engagementwill lead the HR function, overseeing workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and organisational development.
