Lead the Network Development Dept for this exciting new premium vehicle brand due to launch in 2025.

Reporting directly into the Brand Director, this role will be responsible for all aspects of setting up and appointing the retail vehicle dealership network nationally and ensuring continued franchise development is optimised. This will include:
Market representation strategyDealer facilities and investmentCorporate IdentityAppointments and terminationsLegal documentationPerformance reviewsDealer improvements With the launch of this exciting new vehicle brand due in early 2025 and significant growth planned within the network over the next 12-24 months, this role would suit a highly experienced senior Network Development / Franchise Development Manager from within the Automotive industry.

This role will see you working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, locally and internationally. The successful candidate will be expected to have strong communication skills coupled with advanced negotiation and influencing skills.

There will be extensive travel expected in this role, both nationally and internationally.
