System Analyst We are seeking a System Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role, with a strong understanding of CMS platforms, Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, and related technologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Analysing and documenting business requirements to align with project objectives.Collaborating with stakeholders to develop detailed feature breakdowns and create Product Backlog Items (PBIs).User Story Development: Writing clear and concise Acceptance Criteria (ACs) for user stories and actively participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and effort estimation.Applying expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and mobile architectures to design scalable solutions.Managing and maintaining IT systems, SharePoint, and software, ensuring seamless integration and effective user access control.Acting as a liaison between external clients and internal teams to foster effective communication and overseeing software subscriptions and licenses.Data Management and Reporting: Managing reporting tools to create insightful dashboards and reports for decision-making.Supporting system integrations and evaluating IT processes to identify improvement opportunities.Providing technical support and training on IT systems and technologies.Developing workflows and training materials for new system implementations.Leading IT-related projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and supporting the adoption of new digital and IT solutions.Maintaining and updating documentation to reflect system changes and enhancements.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.Proven experience in IT consulting, system analysis, or software services development.Strong knowledge of networking solutions, including Cisco, Palo Alto, AWS, and DevOps practices.Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation. The salary range is based on the company's budget and market conditions.

Work Hours: 38 hours per week. The work mode is full-time.
