We are Headhunters, Executive Level Search and Specialist Recruitment Partners in Power, Water, Mining, and Energy; our new offices are based in St Kilda, Vic, and we are entering an exciting growth phase. You will be reporting to the C.E.O; we want a high-energy, hunter who loves training and is fueled by the thrill of the chase.
We have two opportunities available to start in January 2025.
This rare opportunity will see you working from home or the office with full flexibility. Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets, hit KPIs, and have meaningful conversations with stakeholders. Strategically approach and present skilled candidates and influence decision-makers. Develop new accounts and open up new strategic job opportunities. Proactively hunt for new candidates using LinkedIn, Seek & company database. Use your empathy and intelligence to understand businesses' goals and drivers. Seek to understand and add value. Be supported to ethically close & influence, developing yourself an excellent market reputation. Make phone, face-to-face, and online introductions; build rapport and open up new opportunities for your team and the company's growth. CRM input and development of internal processes. Report weekly and work autonomously. Proactively work with your client manager to ask for feedback and have no call hesitation when contacting new prospects. Be personally dissatisfied with anything but excellent results. Be available for sales training and bring your own unique style to the role. Look for ways it can be done, not excuses why it can't. Build rapport with your team, ask questions, and be collaborative; we all work together to serve our clients at the highest level. Advertise, attract, and manage vacancies through to letter of offer and start date. Ensure the candidate is successful with follow-ups over 12 months in line with our Quality Guarantee. Experience: Business to Business Solutions Sales Experience: 5+ years. High EQ and Emotional Awareness. Degree qualified or demonstrated ongoing personal and professional development in any area. Negotiation, influence, and closing experience. Proven achievement of winning new clients, hitting sales targets, and developing new business. High standards, self-motivated, proactive, and loves overdelivering on outcomes. Empathy, care, understanding, and an interest in human psychology. Excellent ability on Microsoft Suite, CRM Systems, and efficient computer literacy. High-level sales skills, a deep understanding of sales fundamentals, closing, pitching, negotiating - trained in cold calling and resilience. Hunger and a drive to make uncapped commissions on top of your base through over performance. A solutions-based thinker, strategic, and excellent presentation and sales ability. Demonstrated passions outside of work which light you up and have you enjoying life. These two roles are newly created due to the growth of our team. Please note this is a hybrid role, but we need our people based in Victoria and able to commute to St Kilda when necessary for collaboration and training.
