About the Client:
On behalf of our client, a highly regarded Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in childcare education, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The organisation is well-known for delivering outstanding training programmes that empower learners and meet the needs of the childcare sector. With a strong emphasis on compliance, innovation, and quality outcomes, our client is poised for growth and requires an exceptional leader to guide them through this exciting phase.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will have overarching responsibility for the organisation's strategic direction, operational excellence, and stakeholder relationships. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, driving innovation in training delivery, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the organisation's strategic plan, aligning with its mission, vision, and objectives. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with ASQA standards, government funding requirements, and other relevant regulations. Operational Oversight: Lead all aspects of the organisation's operations, including training delivery, student support services, and administrative functions. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with childcare providers, industry bodies, government agencies, and community organisations to enhance the organisation's reputation and influence. Financial Management: Oversee the organisation's financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure long-term sustainability and growth. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of professionals, cultivating a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Innovation and Growth: Identify opportunities to expand the organisation's programme offerings, enhance student engagement, and adopt new technologies to improve service delivery. About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience: A minimum of five years in senior leadership roles within the RTO sector, with a strong background in childcare education and training. Knowledge: A thorough understanding of ASQA compliance, funding models, and industry best practices. Strategic Vision: A proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive organisational growth and success. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders. Leadership Ability: A strong track record of effective leadership and team development, fostering an inclusive and productive culture.
