This is a full time "in office" role based on the Gold Coast (there is no WFH option) Key Responsibilities: Strategic Campaigns– Create and launch integrated marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and convert customers, using digital platforms (Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads) alongside traditional channels like print, radio, and event partnerships.
Assist in the development of a global launch strategy Brand Leadership– Uphold the brand's identity across every touchpoint, ensuring cohesive messaging, visuals, and tone across channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration– Partner with e-commerce, sales, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, ensuring a unified approach to growth.
Market Insights– Keep a pulse on market trends, data, and competitor activity to drive innovative and forward-thinking marketing efforts.
Budget Oversight– Manage budgets with a keen eye for ROI, reallocating resources to high-performing initiatives for optimal impact.
Team Mentorship– Lead, mentor, and motivate a talented marketing team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.

Skills and experience Experience working within a scaling business and launching new products internationally.
Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, ideally within retail or fashion.
A degree in marketing or a business administration with a focus on marketing Proficiency with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing tools.
A track record of delivering compelling, high-impact marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills, with a keen ability to interpret data and customer insights.
A creative vision balanced with commercial acumen, ready to boost brand presence and drive results.
Familiarity with the country and rural market in Australia is a plus.
