Global Rail Australia is part of the Global Infrastructure Group of companies. We are a leading provider of infrastructure services to clients in the rail, power, and telecommunication industry.
Global Rail Australia currently has a vacancy for an experienced Electrical Projects Manager based at our head office in Melbourne to work on a range of projects in Victoria and Interstate. The successful candidate will require a minimum of 5 – 10 years of electrical construction experience in a similar role.
About you: Qualified Electrician with 5 – 10 Years minimum Experience Proven track record delivering similar projects in a similar role Effective organisational and time management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong attention to detail Rail-related experience is desirable Key Responsibilities: Execution of projects to allocated budgets Ensuring project delivery is completed to agreed timescales Assist with tendering and business development Project co-ordination Management of internal site teams & Suppliers Liaison with clients and design teams Project reporting including supporting commercial management, including preparation of claims, variations, and payment applications Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the company's quality assurance, environmental management and safety management system and other relevant standards and legislative requirements General project administration What we offer: An opportunity to join a well-established business with a proven track record.
