Job Summary We are seeking a Production Engineering Specialist to join the JRAK Engineering and SGNA Engineering divisions of Well Completion Operation & Production Engineering Department. The JRAK Engineering and SGNA Production Engineering divisions are responsible to maximize the efficiency and output of This Company unconventional assets and employing cutting-edge techniques and technologies to optimize production processes, enhance reservoir performance and reduce the operational cost.
Responsibilities: Lead production optimization solutions for existing producing wells and future development areas.Take responsibility for well and field production performance, conducting integrated production system modeling using material balance, Nodal Analysis, and surface Network Software (Prosper-GAP-Mbal; or similar software).Conduct routine well and reservoir surveillance, diagnose problem wells proficiently, implement downhole remediation practices, and prepare field operational procedures.Ensure the implementation of adequate well start-up and shut down procedures for gas and oil wells.Perform daily production monitoring and well surveillance.Possess a deep understanding of well loading issues, well deliquification practices, and production best practices.Plan and program field/well opportunities, develop surveillance plans, and provide support for business planning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and update the field completion/stimulation strategy.Requirements: This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.Hold a Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from a recognized and approved program.Possess 15 years of experience in production engineering and production optimization, including at least 10 years in unconventional production engineering and optimization.Demonstrate strong expertise in unconventional behaviors, well performance analysis, and fluid dynamics.Be proficient in simulation software and modeling using material balance, Nodal Analysis, and surface Network Software (Prosper-GAP-Pipesim, OLGA; or similar software).Bring experience in unconventional resources or HPHT/tight gas & oil wells with a good understanding of hydraulic fracturing, especially its impact on flowback/production practices.Have working knowledge in production assurance and optimization of natural flowing oil and gas wells.Exhibit the ability to assist in the development and implementation of flow assurance techniques, programs, and operational procedures.Possess knowledge of industry regulations, safety practices, and environmental standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
