So, what's the job? You'll oversee all areas of Organisational Development including DEIB, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management You'll lead the development and implementation of group-wide strategies and initiatives aligned to the People and Culture transformation agenda You'll continuously improve the end-to-end employee experience, providing insight on market trends and best practice along with design objectives to guide process and policy changes You'll design and implement inclusive work practices and policies in collaboration with the People and Culture team You'll develop and plan for learning and development solutions, including training needs analysis, design, and facilitation of learning programs (virtual and face-to-face) You'll develop and apply project and change management methodologies with the People & Culture team, leaders, and our people to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively, leveraging innovation and improvement opportunities You'll identify creative ways to drive people development through non-traditional mechanisms And what are we looking for? You'll have broad experience working across a wide range of disciplines within Human Resources You'll have extensive experience in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of diverse Talent Management and Learning and Development strategies and programs You'll have a strong understanding of organisation development best practice, particularly around change management and developing organisational culture You'll have a strong understanding of Learning & Development best practice, particularly management development and talent management You'll have a track record of delivering successful Organisational Development projects and supporting major organisational change You'll have demonstrated experience influencing, building, and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results You'll have experience leading continuous organisational improvement with the confidence and ability to act as a change agent You'll have superior conceptual, analytical thinking and research skills and experience in complex data analysis You'll have extensive experience in project and/or program management and evaluation You'll have highly developed organisational skills, with the capability to successfully manage competing priorities and meet deadlines You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills You'll be professionally proficient in English and French, German, Italian, or Spanish So, why choose us?
