You will assist with assignment documentation, provide policy counselling, and coordinate relocation services with different vendors.Major Responsibilities:Serves as the primary point of contact for employees who are relocating international or national assignments.Coordinates service providers for household effects shipments, pre-assignment medicals, immigration, tax services and destination services.Collects and conducts preliminary review of individual documents required for immigration processing.Prepares corporate documents required for immigration processing.Prepares and explains assignment and employment documents, including offer letters, recitals and assignment compensation calculations, in accordance with policies and approved assignment conditions.Manages receipt of applicable documents, submittals, and monitoring of processes to gain assignment mobilization clearance.Other responsibilities as designated.Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor Level Degree in Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.Required Knowledge and Skills:Advanced knowledge of MS applications, e.g., Word, Excel, Teams.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage high volume workload, with focus on data integrity.Good communication and customer service skills.Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer & commit to respond to every applicant.Diverse teams build the extraordinary:As a global company, Bechtel has long been home to a vibrant multitude of nationalities, cultures, ethnicities, and life experiences.
