Our Workforce team has an opportunity for a Global Mobility Officer to join the team on a Full-time 9 month fixed term contract.
You will assist with the administration of all global mobility activities, including visa management and compliance for new and current employees.
A key component of this role is processing relocation invoices and record keeping, lodging sponsorship nomination applications and liaising with our global mobility partners to ensure international candidates are progressed in a timely manner, providing a smooth relocation experience.
The Position Assist the day-to-day administration of global mobility and the international candidate experience. Support with progressing all immigration and visa matters. Offer advice and support on global mobility and destination services for internationally recruited employees, hiring managers and internal customers. Provide timely advice and updates to hiring managers during the onboarding process. Offer advice and expertise on all aspects of international relocation including visas, sponsorships, legislative compliance including progressing sponsorship applications. Daily administration of mobility related tasks, including processing relocation invoices and record keeping. To be considered for this role, you will have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to coordinate inquiries and manage multiple stakeholders. A sound understanding of immigration processes is desirable, with support and training provided.
