Key Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain dashboards for end users which indicate the current meeting rooms statusDevelop reporting and insights on room/technology performance which are easily accessible and understandableProactively manage inventory of AV licences and hardware; and undertake regular system audits and identify opportunities for continuous improvementFacilitate regular working groups with key stakeholders such as EUC Leads, Security Leads and Facilities Management to ensure proactive and healthy collaborationEffective management of in-house vendor (ProAV) to ensure quality and timeliness of Concierge performance across Santos sitesDesign, develop and execute effective change and information communications to end usersUnderstand the broader IS remit and work collaboratively to deliver the functional outcome and understand the requirements of Santos users across all major stakeholder groupsBe an AV industry expert abreast of all current and future advancements to determine if they are opportunities for Santos About you We are seeking for candidates with the following:
Holds Microsoft MS-700 certification and ideally, Higher education qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.Possess extensive experience of working in an AV role covering LAN/WAN hardware and software. Familiarity with AMX, Crestron and Pexip systems and will be highly experienced with Microsoft products.
