We are looking for a Global Marketing and Commercial Manager to oversea the marketing, tendering and project management of all company product and services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy, identifying market opportunities and defining target markets. Manage sales and marketing functions, including planning, target setting, and performance monitoring. Lead business development initiatives, seeking new partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities around the globe. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling. Oversee pricing strategies to maximize revenue and maintain competitiveness in the market. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and threats. Lead a team of 20 staff The Person: We are looking for someone who Has minimum of 5 years' successful senior management and leadership experience in the manufacturing or equipment sector Strong, proven commercial background with the ability to plan, implement, and analyze performance results against objectives and KPIs. Demonstrable experience in attracting new sales and retaining existing customers Personal leadership qualities, including effective communication and decision-making skills.
