Due to the rapid growth of demand from Mandarin-speaking families worldwide, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial marketing manager who will help us expand our impact to more students.
Working closely with the CGA global admissions team, this role will be focused on achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
This is a full-time remote or hybrid position, based in either Asia, Australia, Canada or the UK. What success looks like for this role?
The role will be responsible for the growth of CGA enrollments and re-enrollments for Mandarin families primarily in ANZ, US and Europe, driving local awareness, inquiries enrolments, and retention among our families across the region. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities with access to global resources.
Develop and lead CGA's growth strategy for Mandarin families, with ownership of a marketing budget, ensuring it aligns with our sales plan
Lead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of local marketing, digital and growth campaigns
Own the targets and funnel; monitor the pipeline of prospective families and report on this with an analysis of marketing touchpoints and campaign performance
Partner with our sales team to proactively ensure prospective families are nurtured through to enrolment
Design and create marketing campaigns with the Design team to create positive customer experiences and increase enrolment
Partner with the global marketing team to tailor events, PR content, landing pages, social posts, FB, Adwords, emails & more to promote local events and initiatives
Strategise and maintain an events calendar of in-person and online seminars, webinars and panel events to grow enrolment interest
Lead partnerships and business development opportunities
Grow re-enrolments through a community-centric calendar of events and campaigns that you lead, in partnership with CGA's global community team and school faculty
Share best practices with global marketing and sales colleagues while adapting new ideas for the wider region
What skills and experience are required?
5+ years of experience in marketing to Mandarin-speaking families outside of Mainland China
Native Mandarin and fluent English verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the education technology or schooling industry is a plus
Adaptability and growth mindset to arising opportunities and new initiatives
Comfortable working in an international technology company with colleagues from all over the world
