Job Responsibilities: Performing valuation analyses Working on mergers and acquisitions Building detailed financial models and executing transactions from pitch to close Analyzing market data, building detailed financial models and preparing client presentations Coming up with innovative and creative ways to solve complex, real-world business challenges. Learning how we help clients and communities to grow and polishing your technical skills Building your professional network with mentors, senior executives and others Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related disciplines Minimum 1 year of Finance experience from a leading organization Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills Good understanding of the M&A and capital markets transaction cycle and processes involved Excellent leadership and collaborative skills Knowing your way around Excel, PowerPoint and Word
