As the Global Head of Safety and Environment, you'll be joining a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment. You'll join a diverse and inclusive team contributing across more than 100 unique professions and trades in more than 15 countries.
The Role
Reporting into the Executive General Manager Operations and partnering with the Bradken Executive team this role leads the development and implementation of strategies, policies, systems, standards, and behaviours to deliver sustainable improvements in safety and occupational health, and environmental compliance, in line with strategic priorities and business objectives.
This role will lead a global team, based across Bradken's 13 manufacturing sites building the capabilities of leaders and embedding and leveraging HSE systems to drive improvement
You will continue to drive Bradken's journey towards delivering world's best practice around safety performance.

We are seeking an influential leader, who will engage across the business to influence and deliver a step change in safety outcomes. Your experience in a multi-site, heavy industry environment will allow you to demonstrate your lived experience, passion and see you draw upon your strategic capability. This role will ideally be based in Brisbane, Perth or Newcastle

Some travel internationally will be required
