The Lead Financial Specialist/Consultant leads and advises on Treasury matters related to This Company's Affiliates, including Wholly-Owned Joint Ventures, and Public Entities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the review of affiliates' corporate finance matters, including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure. Evaluate and recommend ways to optimize intra-group lending, demonstrating an understanding of structuring and tax optimization opportunities. Join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within the Group Treasury Management Department of This Company. Lead and advise on Treasury matters related to This Company's Affiliates, including Wholly-Owned Joint Ventures, and Public Entities. Possess experience in valuation and financial modeling.
