Role OverviewAs the E-Commerce Lead at Spacetalk, you will spearhead our ambitious international eCommerce growth strategy.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this pivotal role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader to manage our Shopify and Amazon platforms across a dozen countries by mid-2025.
With a focus on creating scalable frameworks, optimising customer experience, and aligning eCommerce initiatives with our global growth goals, you'll support our mission of delivering $20M+ ARR by 2026.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Market ExpansionDesign and implement Spacetalk's international eCommerce growth strategy, ensuring successful market entry and sustained presence in key regions, including the US, UK, Sweden, and Germany.Create and optimise a reusable Shopify template for the AU store and roll it out across multiple international markets.Develop tailored strategies for marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, and Catch, balancing new, refurbished, and clearance device sales.Customer Experience and AnalyticsLeverage customer insights and market analytics to enhance acquisition, retention, and conversion rates across all global eCommerce platforms.Ensure seamless, localised customer experiences across all channels and geographies.Collaboration and Cross-Functional AlignmentPartner with the CRO, product, marketing, and operations teams to align eCommerce efforts with broader business objectives.Ensure a unified approach to customer experience, pricing, and brand consistency across regions.Scalability and Operational ExcellenceEstablish a scalable eCommerce framework, including team structures, workflows, and technologies to support rapid growth in multiple markets.Lead the operational optimisation of eCommerce platforms, including order management, logistics, and customer service integrations.Requirements About YouYou are a driven and experienced eCommerce professional with a proven track record of managing Shopify and Amazon backends.
