These engineers work across a variety of problem domains and software stacks to create leverage in our various Equities cash and derivatives business lines.

High-throughput, low latency order management and electronic trading platformClient Connectivity of all clients to the various GS platform via FIXExchange Connectivity of all the various Asia Exchanges using native exchange protocol for trading connectivity and market data connectivityAdaptable algorithmic trading platformsSmart Order Routing and Internalization Trading PlatformAdaptive, robust trading controlsWorkflow management platformsPricing, risk and booking systemsHOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL Systems softwareCompilersUser interfaces and modern webstacksData, structured and unstructuredPricing, risk and analyticsSoftware controls and SDLCSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR Solid industry experience programming in Java, C++, CClear understanding of algorithms and data structuresFamiliarity with core programming concepts and techniques (e.g.
concurrency, memory management)Comfort with standard SDLC tools, e.g.
version control systems, diff-ing toolsStrong written and oral communication skillsEnthusiastic, proactive and driven individual with high degree of attention to detailExperience with several of the following:
