The Finance Manager will have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility for managing the Finance team at Glenview, within the context of the strategic direction of Glenview and relevant statutory, accreditation and regulatory requirements, and a framework of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be a commercially astute, practical, hands-on finance manager, holding tertiary finance and CPA/CA qualifications, with proven successful experience managing and overseeing the financial aspects of a business.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
Exceptional attention to detail; Demonstrated ability to develop and improve finance processes, with a strong internal control and compliance understanding; Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills; Broad knowledge and understanding of the Australian legislative requirements governing employment, including ATO requirements, the Fair Work Act, NES and Modern Awards; High level influencing, collaboration and communication skills; Focus on service quality and continuous improvement; Board and regulatory reporting experience. Experience leading and mentoring a team and experience in the aged care industry will be highly regarded.
