The Role
Queensland Metals is actively seeking a Senior Environmental Advisor for Mount Isa Mines in North West Queensland.
This fantastic opportunity is offered on a family-friendly 5/2:4/3.
This position reports directly to the Superintendent- Environment.
The role will be leading a large team of environmental professionals across one of the most diverse mining complexes in Australia.
The position will be responsible for all environmental and compliance aspects relating to the environmental authority, communicating with operational areas and key stakeholders, responsible for budget and capital management, and delivering projects to ensure environmental compliance.
