Minara Resources has an opportunity for an experienced shared services coordinator to join our established and dedicated team.

The Role
The successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team responsible for providing oversight and coordination of shared contractor services to the processing plant at Murrin Murrin by ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
You will be responsible for:
Overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of shared contractor services to the Murrin Murrin processing plant Conducting regular contractor performance reviews with contractor leadership to assess and enhance the contractor's performance Maintaining accurate records and reporting of contractor activities, performance metrics, and compliance paperwork Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the contractor leadership to enhance collaboration and mutual accountability Addressing operational and contractual challenges to maintain uninterrupted service delivery About You
This role would suit a strong leader with an analytical mindset and focus on efficiency.
You will also have:
A bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, or similar Certificate IV or Diploma in leadership or management (advantageous) Experience and relevant High Risk Work licence working with cranes, rigging, scaffolding, and rope access Proven experience in contractor management, shared services coordination, or similar roles in a mining or refinery environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Western Australian workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations for the mining sector What We Offer
