Mount Isa Mines are currently advertising a vacancy that exists within the Processing- Surface Engineering department for the role of Administration Assistant.
This is a permanent position reporting directly to the Manager.
In this position you will provide general administrative support to the department.

Duties relating to this role include:
Booking and coordination of site visits Ensuring all office inventory levels are maintained Liaising with the administration team across site and ad hoc planned projects On-boarding of new starters in collaboration with HR Coordinate and liaise with contractors and other similar service providers Managing and organising of Calendars Assist and organise functions Credit card reconciliation Coordinating department travel arrangements Contractor administration support on site The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in administration Manual Australian drivers' licence Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and knowledge of SAP/Ellipse and bsafe is desirable Excellent customer service delivery and organisation skills The ability to meet set deadlines and prioritise where required Strong communication skills, attention to detail and high problem-solving skills For further information please contact: Bec McManus on 07 4744 2080
