Realise your potential and make an impact with us.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are currently looking for our next Glass Fitter to join the oOh! glass team to work in Frankston and surrounding areas. As part of the glass maintenance team, you will be repairing and replacing various types and sizes of precut glass in our company assets, along with interacting with the general public. Your ability to be self-motivated, work unsupervised, and able to plan your day will be an important part of your new role.To secure this position, you will need to demonstrate the following:Previous glass installation experience or willing to learn the industryGood mathematical and literacy skillsAbility to work unsupervised once you have a good understanding of the jobExcellent communication, presentation, and punctualityComfortable working from laddersComfortable using power tools and hand tools to a high standardAvailable to work on-call at times as part of a team which may include after-hours workCurrent valid driver's licenseFit, enthusiastic, and keen to be part of a progressive companyWhat we will give to you to be successful:2 weeks of full training and induction will be provided where you will learn the ropes from an experienced team memberCompany vehicle to do the jobA clear view of your upcoming schedule and given the autonomy to plan your hours around the best routeUniform and all equipment provided!Monthly toolboxes, team BBQs, great experienced team membersFlexibility to work on-call and after hours work if you want toOur Benefits:You flex – We are all different and we recognise that.
