About the Role GPC has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Learning & Development Administration Officer to join our team for a 12-month parental leave cover placement on a 9 day fortnight.
This role, reporting to the Learning & Development Manager as part of a small multidisciplinary team, you will be accountable for providing administrative support to the Learning & Development Team, as well as supporting the compliance and continuous improvement of the training systems and processes through providing comprehensive training coordination/administration, data and records management, reporting, contributing to projects and service support to the whole of Business.
About the Opportunity Maintain employee hard copy and electronic training records including updating the corporate HRIS and LMS to enable efficient and accurate storage and retrieval.
Administer end-to-end training processes across all GPCL Departments, including maintaining training schedules and calendars, coordinating courses and training resources (e.g.
facilities, equipment, internal and external providers).
Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc training reports.
Administer financial commitments in the JDE system (e.g.
enter purchase requests and receipting).
Assist with Team projects as directed.
Produce meeting agendas, schedule meetings and take minutes as required.
Participate in internal and external audits as required through the provision of all relevant training related data.
Assist in the review, update and maintenance of training materials and systems including the migration of hard copy forms and assessments to mobile platforms such as i Phones and i Pads.
About You We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic officer who has great personal drive and is a natural collaborator.
To be successful you will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to prioritise workloads and extensive knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
Certificate III in Business Administration or previous experience within a Training/Learning administration role is highly desirable.
