As a Clinic Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our clients and team members.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage the clinic's appointment calendar, coordinate optimal scheduling for clients, and provide timely reminders to both the staff and customers. Customer Service: Greet clients with a warm and friendly attitude, answer phone calls, address inquiries, and assist clients in a professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for any questions or concerns, ensuring that client's needs are met. Salon Operations: Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organised space. Social Media: Help create, schedule, and manage our social accounts and daily social stories.
