Responsibilities:Design, Build, and Maintain multiple complex software application technologies and ensure their seamless interaction with Telstra's processes and systems.Create software that ensures data and network security management, optimizing time between commission and production.Collaborate with and influence a multi-stakeholder landscape to translate customer needs into leading-edge software applications that meet Telstra's standards.Work closely with team members and key stakeholders to gather deep insights about software application challenges and opportunities.Drive and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, setting 'best practice' standards in testing and enhancing productivity, customer experience, and profitability.Lead initiatives or components of initiatives with significant impact across functions, aligning with the strategic direction of your team.Take responsibility for your actions and decisions, guiding junior engineers and supporting their development to achieve team outcomes.About Us:Zone IT Solutions is an Australia-based Recruitment Company.
