Gis Analyst (Mining)

Halcyon Knights is seeking a skilled GIS Analyst with experience in mining tenements to join a large State Government Department for a short-term 3-month assignment based in Adelaide's CBD.
This role is focused on handling mining tenements, including Digital Elevation Model (DEM) requests and the emerging hydrogen and renewable energy tenements.

ABOUT THE ROLE Manage and analyze GIS data for mining tenements and related requests.Handle DEM requests and support projects involving hydrogen and renewable energy tenements.Provide technical GIS support and expertise to internal teams and stakeholders.Assist with mapping, data management, and spatial analysis for various tenement-related activities. ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience working with mining tenements is essential.Strong proficiency in GIS software and spatial data management.Ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.Current police clearance or willingness to obtain one immediately.Attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.Must be based in South Australia Please Note: Only candidates with direct experience in mining tenements will be considered.
