That's why we're looking for ambitious people like yourself to join the team.About The TeamAs a member of the Climate Resilience Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including the atmosphere, oceans, and land. Your work will contribute to the development of our climate data products, computer models, and analytical frameworks that support informed decision-making and drive climate resilience across industries.Key AccountabilitiesCapture, process, store, and analyze environmental and climate information and datasets.Enhance the efficiency of our internal data processing.Maintain the company's environmental information database, ensuring data consistency across various systems.Manage spatial datasets in vector and raster formats to include data input/edits/updates, establish data standards and specifications.Collect, manage, and analyze data following specific standards and procedures, ensuring data currency and accuracy.Establish standards and processes, and contribute to defining tools that facilitate data collection, management, and reporting.Implement new technology to expand services to internal project teams and clients.Skills and ExperienceRelevant qualifications in Geospatial/Environmental Engineering/Sciences or equivalent industry experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience working with data management and geospatial datasets.Knowledge and demonstrated experience in data management tools and software.Knowledge and demonstrated experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).Experience in using FME, Python scripting, or Model Builder to automate processes is advantageous.Exposure to database or programming platforms (e.g., Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Basic for Applications, Python, R, or similar).Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Passion for innovation and a drive to continuously improve processes and deliverables.Key AttributesStrong creative problem-solving skills and can-do approach to work.Balanced outlook seeking practical success balancing good outcomes and pursuit of excellence.Positive attitude and personable approach to collaboration.Ability to communicate effectively to both business and technology stakeholders.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
