We have an opportunity for a Girls 10A VIII+ Rowing Coach to provide specialist rowing coaching services and development activities to improve and develop the Wesley College rowing program within our Year 10 Girls program. The Girls 10A VIII+ Rowing Coach will understand the needs of athletes, contribute to a positive team environment with a personal commitment to excellence and the ability to positively influence and inspire others. It is expected that the Girls 10A VIII+ Rowing Coach attends all training sessions (weekdays, weekends, holidays), designated regattas and camps, rowing meetings, professional development and other Wesley College rowing activities and functions. Applicants should have national accreditation, school rowing experience as a rowing coach or manager, and coaching experience at a high level.
