As we say goodbye to winter, we're looking for experienced bartenders and a sommelier to join the Wine and Beverage team at Gibney. A finalist for Gourmet Traveller's 'Best New Restaurant' and Australia's Best New Wine List for 2024, Gibney is an old-world brasserie grill with a menu that draws inspiration from classic flavours and timeless presentation. You will work alongside an established team of professionals who are passionate about our industry and proud to be a part of the Gibney experience. With regular training sessions covering all facets of the industry, this is a great opportunity for professional development.

What we need from you?
