Geriatrician - Staff Specialist

The Position:
This is an incredible opportunity to work as a full time, permanent Geriatrician at Tasmania's tertiary referral centre and major University teaching hospital.
Provide high quality clinical services to Geriatric Medicine patients, both inpatient, outpatient and community.
Actively pursue improved outcomes for Geriatric Medicine patients by participating in teaching and research relevant to Geriatric Medicine.
The department is an accredited training facility and thus you will be required to supervise Principal House Officers, Junior House Officers and Interns, Registrars and Provisional Fellows.

The Requirements:
• Hold the FRACP and be registered as a Specialist with AHPRA.
• Have experience working as a Geriatrician.
• Candidates who hold the UK CCST (Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training) or from a Competent Authority country may also be considered.
