Due to continued growth and projects, Jacobs Perth team is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will undertake:
Geotechnical site investigations
Geotechnical analyses
Design and reporting for various geotechnical projects in accordance with relevant Authority Standards/Australian Standards relating to:
Site walkovers and desktop studies
Dam and embankment stability analyses
Seismic and static liquefaction analyses
Foundation analyses and design
Deep excavation and retaining wall analysis
Numerical modelling
Geotechnical test data interpretation
Technical report writing
Proposal preparation
Construction stage support
You will participate in the development of innovative design solutions and apply best practice design. You will assist in applying Jacobs standards and procedures for the successful delivery of projects including HSEC, quality and service protocols.
