For existing clients, you will be the champion connecting our products and services to demanding technical users who need to keep mining operations safe.
You will be responsible for customer retention as a key metric.
You will support our sales team in various stages of the sales funnel.
You will also integrate different types of remote and on-site data and coordinate with users to drive insight and to optimize production while ensuring the geotechnical safety of their operation.Own the relationship with existing and incoming customersSupport our Sales team's further expansion in the Australian marketConsulting and consultative sales in various stages of the sales funnelDo on-site visits to work closely with geoscience and engineering domain experts at mining customers and partnersWork closely (but remotely) with the InSAR Engineers in our Data Analytics team – who make and deliver the data setsParticipate in industry events and do evangelizingConfigure, understand and optimize our data feed for projects you own, to create insights about mining geotechnical and related topicsDraw compelling visualizations (animations, graphs, cross-sections, maps) of data in the software systemRapidly learn about new technologies, the possibilities of SAR and InSAR and related data for mapping onto stability issues and displacement modesWhat you'll bring to the teamM.Sc.
