One of Australia's premier emerging REE and mineral sands developers with world-class projects in Victoria currently seeks to appoint a Geology Manager. With the approvals process well underway for the company's flagship development project and production earmarked for 2025, this is a pivotal time to join a rising star.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for managing exploration and mine geology. Your key accountabilities will include:
Resource estimation and data management.Mine geology including establishing grade control systems.Exploration strategy and execution.Mentoring the geology team.Reporting, compliance, stakeholder management and more.As a permanent member of the leadership team, you'll reside in Melbourne or regional Victoria, operating on a Monday - Friday basis. In addition to making your mark on a greenfields development project with an outstanding work-life balance, you will enjoy a lucrative remuneration package with attractive incentives. Relocation and sponsorship can be provided. Ideally, you will be an astute geology professional with a successful leadership record managing mine geology and exploration for mineral sands and/or REE projects and seeking to commence your next challenge by January 2024.
