The successful candidates will be responsible for: Collaborating with our mine team to coordinate geology activities across our site Daily production duties including in-pit mapping, supervision of mining activities, ore block design, production reporting and mine to mill reconciliation The planning and designing of resource drilling, lithological logging, QA/QC analysis and reporting Maintain effective and accurate data processing and geological interpretation of drill data Design grade control drill programs to achieve maximum benefit and accuracy Contribute to the delivery of accurate grade control models for grade control and resource development purposes The successful candidates will be and have the ability to obtain: Required Geoscience tertiary qualification At least 5+ years underground mining experience Demonstrate a sound understanding of geostatistical and geological principles Experience with RC drilling supervision Previous exposure to Vulcan and Acquire Systems (Advantageous) Can work across both production and development Geology Have effective communication skills to relay technical information, and activities to non-technical team members For further information please contact: Bec Mc Manus (07) 4744 2080.
