Location:
This position can be based anywhere in Australia, within driving distance of genU's operations.
Employment Status:
Full-time preferred; open to 0.8 FTE.
Salary:
$115,000 - $121,000 p.a. + 11.5% super | Negotiable based on skills and experience.
Not-for-Profit Benefits:
Salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year, plus additional meals and entertainment benefits up to $2,649 p.a.
Work Flexibility:
Hybrid role with remote work options.
About the Role:
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in advising senior leaders on strategic financial decisions and driving the financial performance of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with Leaders:
Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit teams, providing financial insights and guidance to enhance performance.
Leading & Inspiring:
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring financial targets and business objectives are met.
Driving Strategy:
Support business units in achieving their strategic goals, managing the budget and forecast cycles, and providing commercial and financial analysis.
Delivering Excellence:
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational performance to key stakeholders.
About You:

Essential Requirements:
CA/CPA qualified
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
Experience in leading high-performing teams and driving change
Strong ability to communicate complex financial information
Advanced skills in Microsoft applications, financial systems, and reporting
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to complete
Desirable:
Significant experience in similar roles
Knowledge of risk management principles
