How does Gen Physio support our PODs? Guided orientation into your new role - support to establish your caseload and ensure you feel confident in a new business. Team discipline specific supervision meetings with the entire Gen Physio POD team to support you through complex cases, and group learning opportunities with industry leading professionals. Regular skills assessments to build your caseload based on your learning/interests. Supported clinical diary to help you achieve ideal caseload balance. What we need you to have: Tertiary qualifications in Podiatry & appropriate industry registration. National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain). Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain). NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain). Current driver's license. Ability to legally work in Australia.
