The Opportunity As The Showcase Principal you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving overall profitability of our Gold Coast Showcase. This role plays a pivotal part in the execution of our strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand's premium positioning and customer-centric values. You will lead by example, fostering a high-performance culture that enhances customer loyalty and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPIs. Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to maximize their performance and achieve individual and team sales goals. Analyse sales performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions that drive sales growth. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that all interactions reflect the brand's commitment to excellence. Manage the sales budget, including monitoring expenses and optimizing resources to achieve profitability targets. Collaborate with the National Retail Manager and Marketing team to develop and execute local marketing campaigns that drive traffic to the dealership. Provide regular reports to management in relation to metrics, CSI, customer feedback, best practice, improvements and actions plans. Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help team members reach their full potential. About You You have the below skills and experience with a passion to develop your career with an innovative luxury brand.
3-5 years experience in a similar role within the automotive or mobility industry. Strong customer focus with the ability to manage escalations effectively. Comprehensive understanding of automotive sales and service operations. Proven Leadership skills with experience in team management and training.
