Learning support officersWellbeing team with youth workers and counsellorInnovation, excellence and curriculum developmentOur curriculum goes beyond traditional academics and builds the student's self-esteem, confidence and resilience, ensuring they are equipped with life skills.
The roleFurther develop and deliver Year 9/10 or VCE (VM), VPC learning and assessment materialsDevelop and maintain IEP/ Student Support Plans and participate in student care meetings.Report on student achievements regularly.Provide trauma-informed educational and well-being support to students by promoting safety, positive relationships and creating a supportive learning environment.Contribute to the safety of all students by adhering to the Child Safe practices.RequirementsRelevant teaching qualificationVIT teacher registration/ permissions to teachMultidisciplinary expertise – experience in literacy and/or humanities desirableECG is a Child Safe Organisation that has zero tolerance for Child Abuse.
