Imagine teaching in a classroom where you get to know the same group of students and can inspire creativity and encourage curiosity while nurturing individual talents and interests.Our teacher support team includes:Learning Support OfficersWellbeing team with Youth Workers and CounsellorInnovation, excellence and curriculum developmentOur curriculum goes beyond traditional academics and builds the student's self-esteem, confidence and resilience, ensuring that they are equipped with life skills.The roleFurther develop and deliver year 9/10 or VCE (VM), VPC learning and assessment materialsDevelop and maintain IEP/ Student Support Plans and participate in student care meetingsReport on student achievements regularlyProvide educational and well-being support to students in a trauma-informed way that promotes safety, positive relationships, and creates a supportive learning environmentContribute to the safety of all students by adhering to the Child Safe practicesRequirementsRelevant Teaching QualificationVIT teacher registration/ permissions to teachMultidisciplinary expertise – experience in literacy and/or humanities desirableECG is a Child Safe Organisation that has zero tolerance for Child Abuse.
