As a General Wireline Field Operator, you'll be able to learn, develop knowledge, and gain valuable technical insight. You'll be guided and mentored by an experienced team member to fully understand wellsite problems and how to develop resolutions.
Salary Range: AUD 67,000 – 97,000 / Per-annum
As a General Wireline Field Operator, you will be responsible for: Safely delivering an array of wireline services in an offshore environment, under the supervision of a Wireline Engineer and Wireline Crew Chief. Working directly with the client's offshore wellsite supervisor to deliver wireline objectives in a safe and efficient manner. Managing spare parts and offshore inventory, maintaining records and communications. Being responsible for the safe operation of Wireline Surface Pressure Control Equipment. Being competent to operate a wireline hoist unit, safely deploying a vast array of services in and out of the wellbore. Carrying out duties at the wellsite as per the instructions received with a high level of safety awareness. To be successful in this role you will: Have 5 years and above of relevant working experience in offshore wireline operations, specifically with rig-less or Hydraulic Workover units. Be able to work in a demanding offshore environment in varying weather conditions. Have good competency in preparation and operating Wireline Surface Pressure Control Equipment. Be a team player with the ability to build trusting relationships with customers and display good communication skills. Have the ability to organize, assess, prioritize tasks, milestones, and deliverables. Have full working rights in Australia. Work Schedule:
This role is a full-time position based in Perth, on an even-time rotation to and from various offshore locations.
