Job Description

Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property's facilities and equipmentInspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective actionAssist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way Qualifications

Relevant building maintenance experience is an assetStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesPrevious experience with painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and pool/spa maintenanceHighly responsible & reliableTo ensure cleanliness of appearance strict personal hygiene and uniform, particularly when working in kitchen areas.Adhere with the HACCP procedure when doing intervention in Kitchen.To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub sections of theEngineering Department.To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Engineering Shift Leader and the Chief Engineer Additional Information
