Casual role - shifts over a 7-day period (with scope to become permanent) About the role Calvary North Adelaide Hospital is looking to employ General Services Assistants – Catering, to join our friendly and supportive team.
You will take pride in your work, have a friendly and positive work attitude and an interest to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction.
On the job orientation and training will be provided.
The role involves significant initial and ongoing mandatory training requirements both online and face to face.
The roles form part of a large team of Hospitality Services staff.
The successful candidate will be available to work flexibly across a 7-day rotating roster, doing both AM and PM shifts with a preferable availability for PM Work between the hours of 1pm and 9pm.
Your main duties will include: Proving a high standard of cleaning services within the hospital; Assisting with the provision of healthy, nutritious, well balanced and appealing meals and all catering operation duties including meal delivery, and kitchenware washing; Operate in line with infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures.
About you Authority to Work in Australia Working with Children check Experience in aged care or hospital environment (desirable) Excellent time management skills Commitment to service excellence.
