Due to business growth, they are seeking an experienced and motivated General Sales Manager to join their significant team.
About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated General Sales Manager to join their team.
The manager will oversee the showroom's day-to-day operations and foster an environment of growth by seeking out opportunities for expansion and developing new relationships with local businesses and clients.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion.
Recruit, onboard and train high-performance employees.
Develop, implement and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
Develop plans for optimized productivity.
Delegate responsibilities to maintain policies, standards and training programs.
Staff Management and Leadership.
Maintain project timelines.
About You: A proven track record in motor vehicle sales to achieve sales, profitability and market share.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Dealership experience and ability to deal with multiple franchises is essential.
