General Sales Manager (Ac7551)

This dealership, which is situated in the inner west of Sydney, is looking to appoint a General Sales Manager to oversee their new and used sales activities.
This is a newly created position, which has come about due to both sales growth, as well as the addition of new franchises.
With increased stock availability, it is expected that volume at this site will continue to grow, necessitating the need for a strong operator.
You will lead a strong team consisting of new and used consultants, Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, as well as finance and aftermarket consultants.
To succeed in your application, you must have experience as either a General Sales Manager or a New Car Sales Manager in a high-volume, multi-franchise operation.
You will need to possess exceptionally good communication skills, have a thorough understanding of the road to a sale, and be able to build, train and motivate a diverse sales team.
Make no mistake, the right Manager in this role will be able to attain a very good level of earning.
The chosen candidate for this role will receive a generous remuneration package comprising a retainer plus vehicle, super and incentives.
