Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and monitoring inventory levels. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions to effectively assist customers. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Basic math skills and proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy merchandise when required.
