APM Maintenance is a family-run business that started in New Zealand 18 years ago and has now been running in Nowra since January 2015.
The owner has over 40 years of experience in the industry and the business is now looking for an experienced property maintenance worker.
About the role We are particularly looking for someone with experience in carpentry/property maintenance.
This role will start off as casual but for the right candidate can become part or full time after a trial period.
The successful candidate will be required to attend to a range of property maintenance work, including but not limited to basic carpentry, plastering, painting, fencing, gutter cleaning, gardening, rubbish removal, tiling, basic concreting, locks, doors, and windows.
You must have:
A background in carpentry/maintenance experience as the majority of work will be carried out independently; however, on-the-job training will be provided where needed.A reliable vehicle that is able to carry tools and a current driver's license.
You will be required to complete tasks over a wide area, from Kiama to Sanctuary Point, but the majority of work is in the Nowra region.Basic hand tools.
You will be provided with other tools as required to complete jobs.We require someone who:
