Processing Operators/General Production WorkersProgrammed Skilled Workforce are currently recruiting multiple positions for General Production Workers at our clients manufacturing site in Burnie.
Our Client, Saputo; are Australia's largest dairy producer and manufacture many fantastic brands of cheeses, butter, milk and cream. At the Burnie site you will become an integral part of helping produce the fantastic local cheese brand, Tasmanian Heritage Cheese!
You will need to have a reliable approach to shift work, with the ability to work across different shift patterns including Day, Afternoon & Night shifts. Overtime may also be required from time to time.

General Production Worker tasks include:Working individually and in teams on production linesPacking productions off both automated and manual linesPalletising of product and stockBatching and mixing of ingredientsGeneral cleaning and housekeepingFollow FMCG, quality and GMP production processesOther general labouring duties where neededApplicants must be able to undertake the following:Pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testingBe able to work across several different shift patterns including day, afternoon and night shiftsBe reliable and able to work in a team environmentBe physically capable of lifting between 15-20kgsIf you require any additional information, please email ****** with "Saputo" included in the subject line.
